i am seasoned Senior IT Support Engineer with extensive technical and operational experience in the aviation and technology sectors since 2002. Currently providing specialized IT support at JIAP Karachi for CUPPS systems, peripheral devices, LDCS issues, BRS (Baggage Reconciliation System), server infrastructure, KIOSK administration, and ESET security.

His career includes long-term roles with major organizations such as Shaheen Air International, Bukhari Travels, and Aero Asia, alongside specialized international operations experience during Hajj duties in Karachi, Jeddah, Multan, and Quetta.
